Endorm is a combination pharmaceutical treatment designed to support bone health and manage conditions like osteoporosis. It contains 70 mg of Alendronic Acid, a bisphosphonate that slows bone loss, and 70 μg of Cholecalciferol, which is essential for calcium absorption and bone mineralization. This dual-action formula is specifically indicated to fortify bone density and significantly reduce the risk of bone loss, thereby helping to prevent fractures in high-risk individuals, such as postmenopausal women or those on long-term steroid therapy. The pack contains 7 tablets, which is typically intended for once-weekly dosing.

Important Note: This medication must be taken with specific care to ensure safety and effectiveness. It should be swallowed whole with a full glass of plain water first thing in the morning, at least 30 minutes before any food, drink, or other medications. To prevent irritation of the esophagus, you must remain upright (sitting, standing, or walking) for at least 30 minutes after taking the tablet and until after your first food of the day.
